Chloe Nicole was born on November 14, 1971 in Thousand Oaks, California. She is of Irish and Italian descent. She practiced classical ballet from ages six to sixteen and originally aspired to be a professional ballerina, but had to quit at age seventeen due to developing arthritis in her hips.
