Martha Karagianni (Greek: Μάρθα Καραγιάννη, 1939 - 2022) was a Greek film actress. She was born in Athens, to Pontic parents, but grew up in Keratsini. She was one of the most popular actresses of the 1960s. She starred in many films, 19 of which were produced by Studio giants Finos Film. Her film career was associated with the glamorous musicals and comedies of Yannis Dalianidis. Their collaboration began in 1961 in the film Liar Wanted.
