Son of the fashion designer Telma de Castro Leão Monteiro and the businessman from São Paulo Eriberto Monteiro, Eriberto Leão was born on June 11, 1972 in the city of São José dos Campos, in the interior of São Paulo. In 1999 she started dating the actress Suzana Alves, with whom she lived together from 2002 to 2004.
